Well, they first sent a warning message on 9/20:
"Hi,
We are writing to let you know that your status as an Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) Master is in jeopardy. Marketplace signals indicate that you are currently performing below the level required to maintain the Master’s qualification. If this does not improve, you may lose the Masters Qualification without further warning."

Then, on 10/19:
"Greetings from Amazon Mechanical Turk,
One of your Qualifications has been revoked by the Requester who maintains the Qualification. Please see details about the Qualification below.
Qualification Revoked: Masters Requester: Amazon Mechanical Turk Grant Date: May 22, 2017 Revoke Date: October 19, 2017 Revoke Reason: 100"
