Does anyone know if on hit finder there is a way to change the color for the red and green ratings? It sucks not being able to tell them apart.

This isn't a solution for HitFinder specifically but Negative Screen has presets for Protanopia, Protanomaly, Deuteranopia, Deuteranomaly, Tritanopia, Tritanomaly, Achromatopsia, and Achromatomaly. I think that's all the flavors of color blindnesss.
