ok I gotta do my raterlabs stuff. i have to have a clean browser so i made a new profile for it. so no turk stuff open while i do that stuff. i might come back for a bit later. PE $33.98 + $10 user testing and about to earn $22 on yukon. so i'll end up with 6 hours working, $66 about. not great but not bad. especially since i been messing around on here the last hour. seeya all! i'll be back on here more often in about a week. i'm going to be taking a day away from my normal job too so I'll only be there 4 days and be working more on mturk/raterlabs to make up for it!

I hate change too. I don't really like it very much but I LOVE it since we won't get the emails anymore. I need data.

I didn't even notice for hours after it appeared that the days were split into exact weeks... Once I figured that out, I wasn't as upset... but I did notice that last week's total on the dashboard did not match the total from my actual weekly report, so there's that. (It was less than the weekly report)

someone will but dude wants 300-400 million dollars and he’s not even a top 10 player in the league. the Padres just signed Machado to 10 yrs 300 million

the Padres are idiots. the Padres basically also just signed a 10 year contract that says they’ll be average at best.

any team that signs Harper will be doing the same. being average for the next 10 yrs

What is yukon?

It's a project of (mostly) evaluating search engine results with a company that contracts with google. It's one of these guys' projects. https://raterlabs.appen.com/qrp/public/jobs/list

I don't know yet if I'd recommend it. I'm having to do some non-paid training and I am limited to 2 hours a day right now until I pass some qualifications, and then it'll be three, and then hopefully unrestricted (8 hours a day, max 26 per week, must work at least 15 when unrestricted). I don't know how pay is decided but I have a Bachelor's Degree and I got offered $11/hr.

It's very like figure stuff out on your own but the work itself is fine. I haven't had any performance reviews yet though.

I always get so nervous doing a bunch of A9's. I one hand yay to getting that number up and inching it to 10K, but the other, what if I am mass rejected, how long would it take to recover lol

I've had 1 rejection from them and I have done 10's of thousands. The rejection was my fault when I hit submit I knew it was going to be rejected. I still do them if there is a easy batch just for padding my numbers just in case of a mass rejection and I'm getting close to 200,000 submitted and 99.95 approval rating.

I don't think they're known to mass reject. Plus, I can only do 1,000 before my eyes start bleeding.
