I would be doing these 24/7 if i got the qual but I scored a 7 .-.

He usually lets you do the qual several times. Last time IIRC he encouraged people to try again. May have to wait a day or two for it to be available again.

Taking me 13-15 mins on each of the two I've done so far because I'm giving them a lot of thought rather than just going with my first impression.

while people hate writing, I think it would be a good thing to have a text box under eachof the items so you could have the option of 20 words max of feedback to him about why you answered the way you did.

That's really great. I have such a hard time with those. I did great at first, but then it seemed like all the ones I tried were impossible, so I gave up.

Given the fact he took the time to give me some feedback based on the qual survey, I don't have the feeling he would easily reject them unless he was looking at the task submission time or quality of the responses and truly felt like you were putting no effort into them or grossly not following the instructions.

I don't think he has time to give feedback on 16,000 submissions so I am not expecting any feedback on the non-qual ones other than if he thinks the work is not good enough for you to keep the qual and gives you a warning to be more careful on them or pulls the qual.

Anyone know why I can't copy and paste in Turkernator? I know that I was able to do that before.

It's probably not Turkenator. I use MTS had a survey the other day like that and had to manually type out my TurkID in the TurkID field of the survey and write down the survey completion code to put into AMT's hit screen. I think that particular survey had copy/cut/paste disabled for whatever reason, including wondering if turkers were smart enough to know how to use pencil/pen and paper.

It's all in the details. I may have an advantage because I've been exceptional at super sleuthing on the internet long before there was so much info available out there. So these are right up my alley. Some of the other requesters...not so much.

If he has a group of grad students or something working on the project, I could see how there would be enough time to give feedback on each submission if you split up the response work among the group. Good to know I should be seeing some feedback from the two I did.
