CRUSH THEM. THEY NEED IT. I honestly think some of those folks really do not have anyone in their lives who are willing to tell them "You suck" and sometimes you're being paid to tell them they suck. I just try to be specific on how and why they suck so that they can either get better or accept that they're bad.

100% this.

I do try to do the compliment sandwich as much as I can with Audio Kites, but some of them are just asking for a knife in the heart...

I need to write a lesson plan. Should have done it way before now so I could get it in and get feedback so I could redo it.

I did terrible in college, not a fan of structured classroom environments. I get bored and lose focus much too easily.

What I've been doing all year so far, lol! And last semester.
One teacher said that I should go into higher learning and get my PhD.
i was like nice..and I just winged that assignment. Dr. Amanda coming your way.

I usually found it easier to do things that way, I tend to procrastinate and force myself into a corner. I just work better that way, feels like more of a challenge and such.

OMG online college is so much better that way. As much as I like school (nerd) I always hated having to sit and listen to someone talk for 45 minutes at a time. It was the WORST. Just managing to look like I was paying attention that whole time was exhausting.
So far during my time back, I have yet to see a video that's longer than 10 minutes - generally they're 2-4, and the information you used to have to sit and wait and wait to hear is just right there. (And then you can go back to reading, which is so much faster, and figuring out yourself what happens next.)
I am so, so happy I don't have to try to focus on anything for an hour at a time any more, and I'm pretty sure better grades reflect that.

but so anyway, what I'm hearing from everyone is I should just go do my copy editing final and not worry about the mTruk for now?

One thing I learned in all my classes is that paperwork isn't as needed as I always thought.
