again this isn't what you have to use, there is other stuff. but if you have nothing right now you'll be alot better off with this stuff and then you can try out the other stuff later and find what is most comfy for you

Sunday but no church for us today :( Kiddo probably not going to school tomorrow either I can feel the heat coming off of her and she was sweating last night even after tylenol.
