Interesting question...does anyone here think that social media causes depression? This was a conversation I had last night and was wondering some thoughts on that.

Cause? No. Exacerbates? Probably.
Personally I mostly have anxiety issues, so I mostly get tense about how things sound to someone who has never spoken to me in length, FOMO, etc. But I guess it's mostly just exchanging one set of interactions for another in a way.
