Happened when I refreshed HF because TV wasn't showing anymore either so now it won't refresh for a few mins and when it comes back it's completely gray and and not updating. HC won't work either.

Everything was fine, then bam, the chat is frozen and the only thing I can do is keep sending messages to myself in the chat. Good thing the timer on it is long. Hopefully we hear back soon. This is aggravating to say the least.

Yup, that's what happened to me. I thought I just had a horrible group at first.
