I had this same issue the other week. The requester had a 60 minute timer on it which really didn't make sense. You'll just have to keep watching for it or set it up to catch it.
I forgot to include that in the message I sent today saying that I can't find it. If I don't get the original comp HIT or hear back from the req, I will mention that a little bit later.
I set up a panda for it, haven't gotten it yet though.
When I told the requester if it has a long timer people will let it sit even if it isn't theirs he was shocked. Not enough to change the timer though. Finally I was able to catch it.
