Not even sure I grasp how to do those...
Add background info the original sentence, if its "Jan showed Jill how to sew", you can change it to "Jill really wanted to make clothes so Jan showed Jill how to sew".
Then I usually leave the question alone which would be like "What will Jill do next"?
Then put two correct answers:
Jill will finally get to make clothes.
Jill will make clothes for the children in need.
Then two wrong answers:
Jill will forget how to sew.
Jill will hate how her clothes came out.
EZPZ. Sometimes I can get stuck but most of the time just quick thinking gets it done.
