Holy shit, memories. In college I worked at the campus library and on Thursday nights I would work until 2:00 AM. I left for class one Thursday morning around 8:30 and my roommate is sitting down on our couch, getting ready to play some World of Warcraft. I get back from class to get ready for work and dude is still there, eating these cheese balls, drinking Dr. Pepper. I come home from work and he is in the SAME position, still playing WoW. I wake up in the morning around 9:00 as he is crawling into bed and go out to the living room. There were three empty 12 packs of Dr. Pepper, and four of these giant ass cheese ball containers empty, and what seemed like a chalk line around his fat ass of cheese dust. He woke up around 1:30 asking if I wanted to go to Whataburger before a weekend binge of WoW started up.

I'm pretty sure this was me in a very very past life, down to the Dr. Pepper addiction (which is still very much in my current life)

Maybe you've tried this. Mine does that periodically, but turning the extension off and back on usually fixes it.
