i just bent a silver spoon trying to scoop out ice cream. they don’t make products like they use to

or you are using it wrong! Since I dish ice cream right out of the freezer, I hold towards the back of the silver spoon so the force of the hard ice cream doesn't bend the handle.

I never got into the 'game thing.' Was always ... too serious. I've probably missed out on a lot.

If you put the ice cream container in a gallon zip bag and leave it in the freezer it keeps it fresh and actually makes it easier to scoop

how does that work? The ziploc bag insulates the ice cream container and keeps it a few degrees warmer so it's not rock hard like everything in the freezer not in a ziploc bag?
