I think they're like that for just about everyone. They seem to run most of their HITs on Hybrid, I believe, which is another work platform. I'm not even sure why they keep posting these ones, that everyone seems to be locked out of, on MTurk.

No... There's a different message displayed when you've missed too many of their golden questions. (I forget exactly what it says). That batch of several hundred Pintrest HITs that you're trying has been sitting there for over a week displaying that "no tasks available" message.
