Unfortunately, the servers don't get better. As to whether she'll repost or not, can't really say. I suspect though that she might not have intended to post it with no quals, so I'm curious to see what happens if it does get reposted.

I'd expect it to be reposted (possibly with quals attached this time).
She didn't pull the batch to fix the servers. That is par for the course with her batches.
Nothing leads me to believe that was a qual batch. At worst it was accidentally posted without quals, at best it was posted because it took the last batch like 2 days to be completed by qualed workers and she wants it done faster.

seems like she posted either a 0 pay batch or a lower paying batch some time back a lot of people thought it was a qual
turns out it wasn't
so she either got free work or got the batch done for less
