Is this your first time taking mturk more seriously too? I have about 6k approved hits. I used to go crazy on the penny HITS.

Me, I’m just shy of 35k.

If I took this really, REALLY seriously, my daily PE’s would be a lot higher. I’d maintain a full quque and diligently work from it.

But, I have found, that the more I learn and assimilate, the more I make. I’m not dependent on turking for income, so…

I can indulge my monkies, participate in my forums, play my computer games, and occasionally do a hit or two.

Are we just on our own if we get a rejection from a requester that is wrong or does Amazon have a way to report it?

If I get a rejection for a survey I did that said I failed an attention check, but I was crazy and had screen shots of every page of the survey and know that I didn't miss the attention check, if I contact the requester and they don't do anything am I just sol or would Amazon do anything?

Generally, you're on your own. I've seen Amazon step in a couple times, but those were special circumstances where lots and lots of people received lots and lots of rejections. I think the last time that I'm aware of was the big Crowd Task incident a few years ago.

They rejected me too, and I know for certain that I didn't miss the attention check. I suggest you email them. I sent them a very cordial message explaining that I thought they needed to look over my response again.

I got the MBDS rejection too, and sent them a nice email. I've got 6 rejections in 33k hits -- I do not miss attention checks. I don't even want the 2 dollar bonus, just take the rejection back ughhhhh

Yeah, it's weird that three of us on the forum got rejections.... I don't care about the bonus either, I just want the rejection overturned. I was really nice in my email, so hopefully it's just a mistake and they'll fix it.

I wonder if they rejected the whole bunch or if something is wrong with their system. I have done 5 other hits for them in the past and they approved.

It's weird seeing all these rejections from MBDS Penn. Mine was approved and got a $0.90 bonus.
