Don't know if you mean qual-blocked or real blocked but if you click the preview page it'll tell you if you're real blocked.

OK, good. When I pull up the page, I can see what I would have seen yesterday. Now there's a yellow box at the top saying I don't have the qual. I just thought you always get an email when a qual is granted or revoked. Thanks, I feel a bit better.

Click on the title of the HIT that you don't qualify for. It'll expand and show the list of the qualification the HIT requires. To the right of it will be what your values are. Which line says "You do not meet this qualification requirement"?

Which quals do they require that you don't have matching?

My Daily task limit qual is 5, so I'm assuming that counts down to 0 and you can only do 5 a day, per their recent email.

It's the opposite.
You rarely get an email either way.

And about half the time you won't get an email if you're for reals blocked.
Though you can tell when you go to the preview page of a HIT as it'll look like this.

You can't do the practice one because that's a one-per-person thing and since you already passed their practice, you can't do it again.

For the regular HITs, they set a limit on how many you can do before they lock you out to give others a chance. They sent an email out yesterday saying they were changing some of those numbers to give other workers a chance. Sounds like you're locked out right now while other people are getting a chance to do the HITs.

But none of this is a block, so you're safe.
