we’re all emo at times. some more than others. technically Batman is a hero for the people. we can relate to him. we’re all depressed sometimes. he may have money, but past a certain point money doesn’t matter all that much. imagine fighting Bane and Joker while being depressed deep down. sometimes I don’t even want to get out of bed when I’m sad.

I can't agree or disagree because I don't know who any of those people are. Plastic Man sounds like a rejected Mega Man villain, though.

Plastic Man repeats were great when I was a bored kid after school and didn't have cable. It was silly, kind of like The Tick.

The problem is that everyone's tired of MY PARENTS ARE DEAD in the same vein that everyone is tired of seeing Uncle Ben die (thx DisMarvel). I wouldn't be surprised if an era of deconstruction-deconstruction occurs and he starts doing the Batusi again.

Now that I think of it, Joel Shumacher's movies were probably a few decades too early.
