And, to add to that, understand that after giving them that adequate time to respond, instructions are ever-evolving, growing, going more in-depth, increasing the amount and quality of examples and discovering/adding tips for edge cases. Doing those review hits for QKaren was certainly an eye opener. I worked so hard on her stuff and was worried about being rejected for not doing well enough, and then it was like a bunch of monkies just slapped their paws on a keyboard and submitted stuff.

If she comes back, I hope she blocks those who the reviewers pointed out were awful. I certainly left comments.

Ohh, I see. You don't have a ton of padding, but you're still good as long as you're above 99%. Do you ever work on HITs for numbers at all? Even just running a panda for some easy trickle HITs throughout the day, while you're not working on other stuff, can help build numbers quite a bit over time.
