I mean, I'm not a mentor, but I end up answering questions for people anyway. I guess people assume I know a lot just because I've been around a long time.
I've spent entire work days helping out several different new people to learn to turk in PM but I just thought the badge looked ugly tbh.
Not sparkly enough.

It went down once about a 8-9mos ago, for about a month, until I got someone to fix it. I think it died again on the "hand-over". Not that anything was done wrong but, I think it had something to do with change of admin privs. where some things default(in this case to disabled) on the change.

I could be wrong. All I do know is it was off more than it was on, in very recent history.
It was probably me. I sometimes have bad days where I disable things because I don't think they're doing any good. Until next time, I guess. :p

If I had been around longer and knew more about Mturk and was smarter and could know how to help people and stuff, I could be a mentor.
I don't think it ever really had the effect that we wanted anyway. It's hard to keep a lot of people on the same page with like preferred methods for helping people and stuff. We even setup a forum for it, but it was only used for a bit. Though, it didn't help that the person that volunteered to run the whole thing just kinda stopped showing up.

Everyone here is generally helpful anyway. Like what C to the J @C to the J said above, you don't need a banner for that.

I think what C to the J @C to the J is saying is, he'll be one if the banner looks sparkly enough. I guess I could to...

There's a lot of people who don't show up anymore. :(

If everyone that has helped someone in here got a banner there'd be no space for anything else.

Generally though, if you just ask here, someone will answer, if someone is on that knows the answer lol.

What, you don't like Warcraft or whatever?
If you like warcraft or whatever, Dead Pixels is a hilarious, new British show about a group of hardcore gamers. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7559438/ I don't like games much and don't even really hang with people who do but, I identified with the characters. It's dry wit is on point. An example is to the second episode where the young lady in the group slags off this hipster girl at the bus stop for cultural appropriation. She takes offence at the girls Zelda t-shirt and PacMan keychain. She starts the conversation with...

I haven't found a decent banner addon for the new XenForo, so we might not even have banners after the upgrade anyway. No banners, no arcade. This place is going to be grim.
