@aveline - you don't have to litter the forum with ads, you can just put another link in the top bar, next to discord. Name it what you want, perhaps "Helpful Resources" or something like that. Be upfront that it supports the forum, and recommend whatever that would be beneficial to the community. There are many affiliate programs - not just Amazon. Almost all of them set a cookie, from 1 day to 30 days or more, and you will get a commission from any purchase, no matter what you initially recommended.

For example, you recommend a book on coding on Amazon, but they end up buying a mattress. you get a commission on mattress, baby wipes, and whatever else they buy. And it is at no extra cost to the consumer.

I'm having some nasty problems with my network still. I can't reach qualtrics from behind my network, but I can reach it from a separate connection.
qualtrics seems to be the only site where I am having this problem.

I don't think its a cookie issue, I cleared them anyway I think it might just be my ISP. I was able to get to a qualtrics site via a proxy and also separate on my phone disconnected from my network.

Maybe flush your DNS cache? 'ipconfig /flushdns' in a command prompt window. Or try changing your DNS to something like 8.8.8.8 and see if that helps.

I ran a tracert and it looks like the traffic starts timing out after 10 hops once it hits akamai's servers. same spot everytime.
