Not having any luck getting them to sort it out?

Getting any type of "professional" in Memphis to do their job is easier said than done.

Had someone come out last time we had a shit streak like this about a year ago, didn't fix shit.
Problems sorted itself out another week later.

Their network is a bit goofy in certain areas, like I had them at this house for a bit and it would go screwy when it rained. They check all the exterior stuff or just give you the run around?

The absolute weirdest thing here is that it goes out right after every storm.
It stays on during it. I've never seen anything like it.

Yea he checked the exterior and said he was going to have a service guy come by and clean it up because it was a mess but unless he sneaked in to our backyard while we were out of the house it never happened.

So I'm just gonna wait it out for another week or two before trying to get anyone to come check it out because I seriously doubt it'll help.

It probably has to do with the water getting into things then, could try replacing the splitter in the exterior box. Or checking for spots where it could penetrate into the box as well. Might help you out, though the issue could also be further up the line as well. Sometimes you have to shake the tree with them a few times, I did call center work for them back in 2008 I think? There was literally no communication between the people scheduling the appointments and the tech who actually came out aside from a box labeled notes that was limited to like 100 characters, I doubt they have improved on it much since then.
