He'd pay for most, but some not. Everyone assumed rejections were over speed, but now that doesn't make sense. People are being rejected who are habitually slow. Cooking doesn't seem to work, slower work doesn't guarantee payment. The criteria are unknown. I don't mind being called up short if I mess up, but I don't like to be accused of poor work without explanation. Blocking him works though, afore he decides that's a good idea. If he's not actually studying some facet of how far he can go in annoying us, I say blocking by him could be a possibility. This is why I put him on my personal sh*t list. Unpredictability is unacceptable in an employer. I reserve that characteristic for myself.
