I really wished Batch requestors would give bonuses every 100 hits done. 'You did 100 penny hits. Here's .25' Something to keep us coming back. IWS gave me a bonus of $1 twice for doing 2 sets of 100. Not anymore

you wish they would not do a stupid gamified bonus system like x8 does and just pay a fair wage and add whatever they would 'bonus' into the hit pay

OCMP used to... they had some hits that paid like 28c and bonused 2.80 every 50 with error-double-bonuses randomly. the hits themselves took like 30s

they're really not though in the sense you were referring to.
You said you got $1 for doing 100 hits
So if you did 99 hits you would have gotten nothing
When instead if they took that $1 and added a penny on to the pay of each hit, that would be much better for you. In that case, doing 99 hits loses you out .01 rather than 1.00
This "achievement system" mentality that Crowdsurf, yCharts, x8, etc do make people think they are being rewarded for doing a bulk of hits, which in turn allows them to justify a lower base pay

edit: which to be fair, I commend them on because it works with a lot of people on here and I can't really fault a requester for trying to maximize returns for cost investment
