The whole thing is going to be like 30 minutes or less plus about 80 minutes just waiting on server errors to clear.

Answer one question to refresh 10 times for the next one. Just hit the 60 minute mark and still going.

What do you even say in an email to a requester when there is an issue like this? I don't want to come off poorly.

For this I wrote that I was working on the last part of the Hit and having issues getting the rest of the survey to load. I copied the error I received and put "please advise".
