Back when I worked for this @$$#%!3, we used to make Belgian Frittes, cooked in duck fat, and I'd make this bomb homemade ketchup with tamarind and fig. Soooo good! I didn't leave him with the recipe.There was also purple ketchup right next to the green. I've always kept with red, lol.
It's sad though. He had to stop working.
