in an official capacity, yes, but if you are an entrepreneur that sees an opportunity for rural delivery, why not advertise that you will grocery shop and drive up to an hour away or whatever to deliver it? You don't need a grocery store's permission to act like you are a normal everyday public customer.

560,218 (July 2018 est.) - and that is within the city limits and doesn't count suburbs or a decent nearby city just outside of city limits.

126 is probably like a 1/16 square mile in my area (approx 2800 residents in a 1 mile long by 1/2 mile wide city-designated neighborhood area)

Because from the Instacart transactions I've seen happen in my local grocery store, there's a specific form of payment you use as an Instacart shopper that cashiers seem to need to be able to handle in a certain way. If grocery stores aren't willing to deal with that, then you're pretty much left using your own money to buy people's groceries and hoping you get paid back. (Which I can think of 5 ways off the top of my head that that could get awkward and bad, fast.) Or making them pay you up front, I guess - but that might not be easy when you're first starting out.

Let me know if you find any of these, or anything else you find, reasonable price wise and they do deliver to where you are. So far I’ve been shocked by most of the prices when you add the shipping. You know Blue Apron, etc. deliver ‘meal kits’ that include whatever produce you need for each meal. They ship anywhere.
