@Peachy my dentist appointment is at 4pm and I've been dreading it all day even though it's just a routine cleaning

I dread doctors appointments for days before. My anxiety ramps up when I start to think that it's close, but it's just those things I have to suck up and do because they are important to get done.

It's 103-113 and they come from almost an hour away. I have to put things in an ice chest to get them home from the store down the street- even with AC. They don't have the AC blowing on my specific package, they don't give a fuck about the temperature of my box.
Sorry knowing what the heat here does isn't a "proper" concern.
