I've worked twenty-eight years in customer service (both "in the trenches" and as a manager several times), and what you did takes a certain amount of ... skill. Kudos.

It's the thing I'm good at generally but it doesn't always work.

I wouldn't go, but mostly just because I've never really had any desire to go there, not necessarily because of any safety concerns.

I also really hate flying, so I have to really, really want to go somewhere to get on a plane.

I'm wondering if this whole thing turns out to be a nothingburger. I can't remember where I saw it, but something like 48 Americans have died down there in the last two years? I'll bet if you looked at the number of deaths per year going back a decade or so you'd a fairly steady number of people dying and it's got nothing to do with poisoning or murder or what have you. I assume a lot of Boomers go down there and Boomers are old. It's bound to happen.

Having said that, the couple who died together seems very suspicious especially if suicide was ruled out.

Well, it can't always, but--given a significant level of skill on the part of the CS person--it can a vast majority of times.

I'm so glad we can "like" reports now. Now I can just toss out a like and not actually answer the report.

Mine does it randomly every two weeks or so. It usually goes away in a few minutes but it's been doing it for over an hour now.

I'm starting to lose it. It makes a noise when a hit comes, a hit leaves, and when it moves to "logged hits". And it's loud. So every .5 seconds I hear it... ugh.

Go through your include list and make sure that the "Play Sound" option isn't set on one of them.
