I'm making a pickled banana type relish/salsa. I love kimchee! I've never made it myself but I've always wanted to try.

btw, did you see my earlier posts? I'm out picking the wild berries and freezing them (I'm doing the whole thing 'right' - washing, drying, and then individually freezing each one on a baking sheet - before bagging).

I think I'll do that with the tomatoes I get from the 30+ tomato plants (the woman at the CSA was going to throw them all out and I was like, no....they need a chance to live and fulfill their destiny!)

We have a blueberry/blackberry farm just down the road from us. My wife has actually helped pick there some. We haven't picked any for ourselves yet this year but have at a different farm a different year we did that exact thing too. Its sort of tedious but really nice in the long run!
