What is with these Vicky examples and actual HITs? They're all wrong.

Literally, the website gave the same exact price, and it's way too high? What?!

I had one or two like that. I had one come back with "unsure" after seeing the same item with the same price. wtf.

But the example I'm giving is literally the first example Vicky gives in the instructions. And then the rest of the Qual Hits are all like that.

Literally, the website gave the same exact price, and it's way too high? What?!

I think you're misunderstanding the instructions. The price on the URL doesn't matter. The instructions even say don't even worry about that price. The URL is only there so you can see a description of the item and what it looks like. The only price that matters is the one in the HIT. Your job is to search around online and see what that item generally goes for on other sites, then determine if the price in the HIT is reasonable or not.

cool he won, but the prize is usually just one free sandwich a week for a year so it's value is about $9-16/week depending on which sub shop it is. I wish "free sandwiches for a year" means he gets a free sandwich a day for a year so he could essentially eat for free for a year but no contest ever does that.

I keep trying to export hits but I don't see them showing up here. Oh well. Not sure what is going on. Maybe there was some update I'm not aware of.

I'm sorry, I totally meant to respond to this earlier, but I got distracted by the qual stuff and forgot. We updated the forum software about two months ago and that update broke a handful of things, one of them being the MTC export on MTurk Suite. As far as I know, it hasn't been fixed yet, but you can still use the "BBCode" export option and manually paste it here when you want to post a HIT.

I did the Vicky qual thing, and it said I did all 15. Except I didn't. One hit expired because my internet went out, and another I returned because the timer was about to expire, and the hit would not submit. My dashboard only shows 13 submitted, too. Oh well!

I only did 5 since that's all that was required, got all of them right and got 90 so yeah I think it is passing.

When I did them, about an hour and a half ago, It said 15 was required! And, it did a countdown on each hit!
