I was just looking into sending some water (since we'll be getting our refund soon, I'd like to donate water to your city, since I know it's needed desperately now), but the prices on Amazon are fucking ridiculous, so I might end up donating to the Flint Water Fund. I would also like to recommend donating to the Flint Water Study. These are the guys from Virginia Tech who really got the ball rolling, and it cost them about 150K to do so - all of it out of pocket, save for an emergency grant that covered about 50k. If they hadn't come in and done what they did.... I don't know where we'd be. I doubt that Flint would be in the news, though. These guys saved a lot of lives, and any donations will go to covering the costs of their previous research in Flint, their future research here, and to prevent other towns from going through the same thing.
