It's just like when a HIT approves. It could be available for transfer in an hour or it could be up to 8 hours.

Was going to hook up my Amazon Pay to another bank account (major chain bank) I guess not!

stupid question - you have verified your other bank account, right?

Ever since I finally got my bank account verified, I've never had problems transferring from Amazon Payments to my bank account (2 weeks of transfers FWIW).

We've got stop lights every 1/2 miles in our town.

Has anyone ever had Hit Catcher pause and quit searching for hits without having encountered a captcha or AMT logout?

It's been quiet for about 15 minutes and I check on HC and found it wasn't searching but was paused so I had to restart it.
I was still logged in and there was no captcha as right after turning it on, it caught something and no captcha was required to work it.

EDIT: has happened 2-3 times in the last few days.
