If even the name gives me nothing I'm marking as "Not Primarily Arts" and commenting that I can't find any information on it.

I just write in "No info/site found". I did this last time and all mine were approved.

"Unless the church has some non-religious art/culture activity going on (e.g. an art gallery, or they host concerts of non-church-related music), they should be marked as not art/culture relevant (although I definitely see your point!).
