If you have the script on your clipboard you should be able to click the arrow down next to the monkey head, then click new userscript, and there should be a button that says "use from clipboard" or something similar. It'll pop up a new window, and you might have to click save. I don't remember, been a while since i installed a script that way in firefox.
I don't know if it's the same in firefox, but first you click the 'code' tab on the script page. Copy all of it. Go to your tampermonkey dashboard. On the upper right there are a few tabs (the one you'll automatically be in is 'installed userscripts'). Click the one to the left of that. Delete what's in that and paste the code you copied. Hit save.
