Payments seems to be a bit jacked, they said they'd have it fixed in 24 - 48 hours. They are aware of the issues.

Someone is getting fired over there. Imagine the amount of transactions they're going to have to go through and reverse manually. The amount of money they accidentally transferred out. Imagine some big time merchants on Amazon trying to withdraw ten grand 50 times and then seeing all that in their bank this morning. Holy shit.
