I am so pissed off right now. My mom had a follow-up appointment with her Dr. over at IMA. This is the 2nd time they sent a van to pick her up. Last time was great, a little late getting here but she had a comfortable ride. This time they sent a van that you have to take 2 huge steps up to get up in. And its wet from it storming today. Who the hell buys these vans for old people to climb into. She slipped and bashed her leg and arm while trying to climb in. I caught her or it would have been worse. I got her in finally and had to send her cuz now she had to go have her leg looked at. When she gets there they throw her in a chair and leave her there and she called me crying that her leg was swollen huge and no one was doing anything. You bet your ass I called up there and reamed them out. I mean my God it's so freaking negligent.
