Well, it's almost 10am and I've pretty much finished making dinner, lol

(Squash boats with carmelized onions, crispy tofu, tomatoes and arugula). It's all cooked (the inside stuff)- I'm going to roast it later.

Yea I attempted to Mturk some of time I was off during the hurricane and it was really slow all week. took me half the morning on Tuesday to just make $5. Hopefully it picks back up for you guys!
