I am so sorry. My suggestion is to see if there is a group for grieving parents somewhere near you where you may be able to get some support and simply be around other people. Stay away from anything that could deepen your understandable despair.

I, too, am so sorry for your loss of your son. Such devastating news! Message me if you want to talk. Though we don't know each other, I feel your pain. Death is hard on those left behind. Cherish your memories.
