Whats a good % to stay around?

In terms of approval rating? The higher the better.

Your work load doesn't start to suffer until you dip down under 98ish, but Amazon has flagged people for "Low accuracy" in the 97-98 percent area.

I like to say above 99.5. At 99, you'll be able to do everything except HITs that require 100 percent accuracy, which you can't do unless you've NEVER had a rejection.
