Welp I guess I'm taking Instant pot off my birthday wish list. ?

I have an Instant Pot and love it. It is a pressure cooker though and I think often people fail to appreciate the power of pressure and items cooked under pressure.

When the Instant Pot fails and someone gets hurt, it's almost always user error due to a lack of respect for the dangers of the product.

I already posted that we're having roasted cauliflower/onions/freekeh .
I'll probably add some tomatoes because we have.....hundreds, lol
