Yep, they are GREAT! I started out very reluctant to do them and now they are one of my favorite things!

I've had two cancel well in advance and then, in what I consider an objectional way, one (where we were in the interview, which at their request we rescheduled to an earlier time, and because there were technical difficulties they canceled it. All told I already, with the changes due to rescheduling etc had my hour in). Hoping I will get the pay for that one.
