The best is when you find a chiropractor that is sold on it. There isn't ANYTHING those people can't cure. From warts to stage four cancer.. crack your back and dribble some oil on it and you're good to go.
My fiance's uncle is a chiropractor and he's super big on vitamins. I think we are all probably deficient on a lot of stuff but magnesium doesn't cure everything lol

i will say magnesium has helped a lot for my anxiety, sleep and headaches.

and b12 is the ONLY other thing i have changed and stopped me from falling asleep at my desk every single day.

i actually ignored both these supplements for a while but saw huges changes in dogs with adding B12 and huge changes in horses adding the magnesium (especially for weight related disorders) and they can't really lie lol

on that note i was being jokingly annoying to my boyfriend last night and he goes

him: hey take a calming gummy!
me: ........
him: you know, instead of a chill pill.

he thinks he's funny. He kinda was.

"Take a picture of the label of the last wine you last drank"

Right, because I just leave those empty bottles lying around.
That's exactly my thought when I did that one. I sent it right back. I only take a picture of it if it has a funny name lol

I do totally believe in magnesium, I took it when I was pregnant for my anxiety. He's just super fanatic about it and talks about it a lot. lol He's got a list of vitamins that everyone should take. Magnesium, Fish Oil, I think B12 is in there, and a few other ones. Thats interesting that it has helpful effects on dogs and horses, I had no idea lol
And lol at your boyfriend, that's pretty funny.

I can't remember the official diagnoses, but my friend who is a vet student at NC state had her dog tested for like 20 diseases, couldn't figure out waht was wrong with him for 18 months. off his food, losing weight, weird blood work.

they gave him a b12 shot. he's fine. it's literally all he took.

magneisum is hugely helpful in horses that have laminitis issues due to sugar/hormone regulation. my horse has cushing's disease and its been very helfpul.
