A good amount of tests I do are phone tests. I got a question. Did u go to settings, and put that you can do phone tests? For years that was my problem. I never put in the settings that I could do them.

I think usertest should merge with intellizoom.
then you will get usertests that screenout less frequently and also get paid out faster along with a user dashboard. I swear Usertesting and Intellizoom each do something better than the other in complimentary ways

intellizoom - better screen recorder (uploads in the background) and format, less screen outs, slow pay (up to a month or longer), no dashboard/payment details, easy on mobile
usertesting - automated pay 7 day payout, dashboard with pay pipeline, frequent screen outs, dubious finicky recorder (uploads lag after the test), crappy on mobile
