Trouble is, this is not a mistake on the part of the requester. He's been doing this for years. He's always been known to reject. It's just that lately it's gotten out of hand and the workers can no longer rationalize excuses to explain it. It can not have gone on so long ''unintentionally''. Whatever he is doing, it's not for our benefit. This is when the smart worker will hit him up side the head with a block, before he decides that is a good thing to do next.
Small aside comment on the HITs. Have you ever noticed that they are all basically the same HIT?

Kid said it smelled bad in her room so I investigated. It did in fact smell like old broccoli in there but I wasn't sure of the source.

Plot twist: The source was old broccoli.

a 7 minute task, that has 4 pages of checking if you understand the instructions and then requires creatively following specific components to generate 10 written turns of dialogue that you have to research. and it pays less than it used to...
