I thought soft blocks were those that you had a chance to come back from (like MLData Labeler batches that soft block for a week if you do more than ~1000) and the rest of the blocks were long term.

for me, it could be I was doing something and unchecked the "HITs I'm qualified for" filter box so I see everything then click and get the "requires qualifications" message and find out I don't have the closed qual or masters to do it.
