Good morning all. I started the day by falling out of bed. My brain seems to be on vacation, and I really just want to cancel activities for the rest of the day.

I read the thread but I still don’t understand. I am too dumb for taxes ?

I'd help you if I thought you lived in my state. Good news is that you only need a few accounts for bookkeeping (I use cash basis and only have Cash, Revenue, Governmental Taxes Expense for accounts) and Schedule C on the federal tax 1040 is easy if you are used to using a tax software program or doing it on paper forms.

I used to file my W2 taxes with free turbo tax (but they no longer do schedule c stuff through the free service) but I don’t understand the quarterly thing and I don’t want to end up owing them more money than I actually have and be in a pickle

I've used this every year since I started turking and haven't had a problem with it. It's thru H&R block tho, I never used turbo tax but I imagine it's similar https://www.myfreetaxes.com/
