I did this one about 30 minutes ago and then accepted (FACW 17) and it's giving me the login failed message that I was getting when I was trying to do them last week.

I got locked out last week from trying to do the broken one but was able to do the three they posted yesterday, so it is most likely a new batch. However I did one this morning and now I'm locked out again so I'm not sure how this works

I think they grant you the fa1 qual once you've done a batch. It's weird though I still don't have the qual but can't do anymore.
