Why is AP so useless? I sent them a message asking why I am getting a message about not having permission to send funds to my newly added and verified bank account and they responded with directions on how to upoad a bank statement. The account is already listed as verified thanks for nothing.

You might want to submit your bank statement anyway if their side might be showing not totally verified despite the language on your user side showing that you are verified.

Quarterlies are messy to deal with and if the wage isn't consistent over each month during the quarters you put out, it's a complicated mess and sometimes fines can be involved. That's why many don't file quarterly unless

I have to file gross receipts taxes monthly as my state taxes services and not just goods like a lot of other states in what they call "sales taxes".

I don't file my fed or state personal taxes quarterly but the quarterly figures help me figure out how much estimated tax to send to the feds/state each quarter to avoid penalties for underpayment of taxes.
