the most degrading was T-mobile about 6 months later.

It was a mall kiosk t-mobile where I had to flag down customers and nervously try to get them to switch their phone plans.

I had to talk about smartphones and in 2009 I had never owned a smartphone in my life.

100% commission.

After working three days I earned a hefty 0 dollars and 0 cents.

apparently for better profit margins - for recent see: Subway or Sonic Drive-In.

I imagine giving you a small "sampler" of something called a slider and charging a lot of money for it gives you much better profit margins than the margins you get on the sale of the full sized sub or burger.
