Every day since Friday I've been hit with this from UPS (even though everything has been clear enough): "Recent weather has caused delivery delays. Recovery efforts are under way to deliver your package as soon as possible."

Why does UPS suck so much

They tried to do that to me the other day and I knew that it had been scanned in at our local branch and the weather had been fine. I was like, "Do you have Facetime? I'll prove it." The poor woman on the other line was like, that's okay. She put me on hold for a little bit and told me it was out on the truck for delivery. I have no idea why they sent me that message.
